Independent inspection
Goods are routed to an independent test laboratory and inspected to industry standards (AS6081 / AS6171 as applicable) before any payment is released.
Secure payment
Funds are held by a licensed escrow provider or under a bank letter of credit. The seller is paid only after the goods pass inspection.
Delivery
Shipment from our EU logistics centre or direct, with full documentation.
What the laboratory checks.
Inspection is carried out by an independent test laboratory, not by us and not by the seller. Scope follows industry standards AS6081 / AS6171 as applicable to the part and the risk profile of the lot.

Escrow or letter of credit.
Funds are held by a licensed escrow provider or secured under a bank letter of credit. Release to the seller happens only after the inspection report is accepted. Buyers never pay for goods that have not been verified; sellers know that funds are in place.

Noyras Ltd is a UK-registered company (Companies House, since 2013), VAT registered in the United Kingdom and Poland. We operate the UK domestic reverse charge for relevant goods in accordance with HMRC VAT Notice 735, screen counterparties against sanctions and denied-party lists, and observe applicable export control regulations.
